There is a bag of assorted numbers hanging on the bed so the numbers can be changed daily. The Santa is is 9" and fits great in the bed, either under on on the blanket. The Santa comes with its original tags, and the bed has a plate on the bottom signifying its exclusivity. This is a unique and special holiday decorative item.
