This 6" plus working clock tower comes with glass dome, wood base, and detached mail carriage, in its separate box. A magnificent piece. I am not sure whether the clock is wound or needs a battery, but I did not want to take it apart to see. It does slip out, and the time can be set. There is a note in the packaging suggesting that it be taken to a jeweler. This would make a wonderful addition to anyone's collection. A truly spectacular piece.
