Keeping It Collectible offers the following Returns Policy:

SHIPPING COST

Standard shipping inside the U.S. is USPS Priority Mail.  If alternate service is needed, contact us.

DELIVERY TIMES

All orders are shipped within two business dayw of receiving a cleared payment. Once your order has shipped, approximate transit times are:

Domestic

• Standard: 3 to 5 business days
• Expedited: 2 business days
• Overnight: 1 business day

International

• First Class: 1 to 6 weeks
• Priority: 1 to 2 weeks
• Express: 1 week

INSURANCE

Shipments can get damaged or lost, no matter how well they are packaged. Shipping insurance is not required, but suggested.  Your return will be fully covered, if insured.

RETURNS

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it free of charge for a period of 15 days from the original purchase date.  Restrictions apply:

• Please email us and we will send you a Return Authorization Number to use with the Return. 
  
• You may return any item in its original condition for a full refund of the purchase price.
• Items not in their original condition  but that are still salable will be subject to a 15% restocking fee deducted from the refund amount.
  
• Returns of items in an unsalable condition (damaged) are at our discretion and will be subject to a minimum 50% restocking fee.  This fee will be waived if insurance has been purchased. 
  
• Each item is inspected prior to shipment...Care is taken in packing. 

GIFT ORDERS

Many of the items we sell make great gifts! We are happy to ship directly to your gift recipient. Please be sure to add the recipient's address to your PayPal account before paying. We cannot ship to gift addresses listed in the "comments" section of the PayPal payment form. We will enclose a packing slip that lists your name as the sender and does not display the item cost.
